Is LaunchCraft Co an AI platform, SaaS product, IT outsourcing firm or web studio?

No. LaunchCraft Co is a digital marketing agency providing SEO, PPC, performance marketing, branding and growth strategy for Canadian clients. We do not sell AI software licences, IT helpdesk services or standalone website builds without marketing delivery.

Does LaunchCraft Co guarantee specific rankings, sales figures or ROI?

No. Our agency plans and delivers marketing campaigns — outcomes depend on market conditions, budget, creative execution and platform policies. We do not guarantee viral reach, follower counts or return on investment.

How do CAD programme prices work?

Indicative tiers on the Programmes page are quoted in Canadian dollars (C$) and typically exclude media spend and taxes unless a proposal says otherwise. Final scopes follow discovery so procurement receives numbers tied to deliverables, not vague retainers. Currency for invoices remains CAD for Canadian clients unless otherwise agreed in writing.

What is the difference between services and programmes?

Services are discrete capabilities: strategy, SEO, paid media, creative, CRO, and retainers. Programmes package those capabilities into timed engagements (LC-101 through LC-601) with operating rhythms and named owners. Many clients choose a programme for launches and selective services for audits or sprints.

Can you support organisations outside Alberta?

Yes. Our studio is in Calgary, and we regularly collaborate with organisations across Canada. Remote working sessions are standard; on-site intensives can be arranged when they improve decision quality. Travel for work outside Calgary is quoted separately when needed.

How long is a typical launch sprint?

Our standard launch sprint centres around eleven operating weeks of diagnosis, briefing, shipping, and early optimisation — though complex brand systems or multi-channel builds may run longer. Retainers then carry learning into ongoing seasons. We size timelines to constraints rather than forcing every organisation into one template.

Do you redesign websites as a primary service?

We are not a web-studio-only shop. Where conversion requires landing or site changes, we design and counsel those surfaces as part of marketing craft. Full custom software builds and IT projects sit outside our charter. When a rebuild is essential, we coordinate marketing requirements with your development partners.

How do you handle privacy and PIPEDA consent on forms?

Contact forms request explicit consent before submission. We collect only what we need to respond. Our Privacy Policy explains retention, access rights, and how to reach [email protected]. Marketing journeys we build for clients include consent language designed for Canadian audiences; legal final review of regulated claims remains your responsibility.
